Xenical vs Alli, I know the dosage difference but what does that equal in weight loss ratios?

I go see mine on Thursday and am curious about which would be better (i.e. if Xenical is worth the extra $) Please no advice on how I should go it au natural and do it on my own. My husband and I want to start a family asap and I think this would help me get down to a healthy weight before we start trying.
